- Destination management services (DMC)
- Custom itineraries and luxury experiences
- Supplier sourcing and coordination in Albania and surrounding regions
All services are provided on a B2B basis only, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
3. Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings must be submitted in writing (email, platform, or API).
- A booking is considered confirmed only after written confirmation from Albania B2B.
- Availability is subject to change until confirmed.
4. Pricing
- All prices are quoted in EUR (€) unless otherwise specified.
- Prices are net B2B rates and may exclude commissions unless agreed.
- Prices may vary due to:
- Seasonality
- Supplier changes
- Currency fluctuations
- Availability
We reserve the right to adjust prices before confirmation.
5. Payment Terms
- Payment terms are defined per agreement or invoice.
- Standard terms:
- Prepayment required before service delivery
- Or credit terms (if approved)
Accepted methods:
- Bank transfer
- Online payment links
- Other agreed methods
Late payments may result in:
- Service suspension
- Cancellation of bookings

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

- No-shows are 100% non-refundable

8. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
- Provide accurate booking information
- Ensure travelers have valid:
- Passports
- Visas
- Insurance
- Comply with local laws and regulations
Albania B2B is not responsible for:
- Entry refusals
- Visa issues
- Personal documentation errors
9. Liability
Albania B2B acts as an intermediary between Client and service providers.
We are not liable for:
- Acts or omissions of third-party suppliers
- Delays, cancellations, or force majeure events
- Personal injury, loss, or damage unless caused by our direct negligence
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
10. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for failure or delay due to events beyond our control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Strikes
- Pandemics
- Transportation disruptions
11. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to:
- Keep confidential all business, pricing, and operational information
- Not disclose sensitive data to third parties
12. Intellectual Property
All materials, itineraries, branding, and content remain the property of Albania B2B unless otherwise agreed.
13. Complaints
- Complaints must be reported during the service or within 7 days after completion
- We will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of:

Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
